Greenlight's Minimal Waste Shipping Philosophy:
To keep your shipping costs minimal, and reduce harmful emissions from
gasoline use, we schedule shipment pick-up mid-month and once at the end
of each month to deliver all orders. Please allow 1-3 weeks
(depending on location & order date) for your delivery.
Important info regarding accepting
Kit and Blank shipments
Someone must inspect and sign for your order.
Freight companies have little respect for fragile items such as surfboard foam and sometimes damage your order in transit.
Greenlight takes full packaging precautions to prevent damage but it sometimes does happen.
INSPECT THE PACKAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT
Once you accept the shipment without having the driver take note of any damage it is up to you to file a claim for damage.
Greenlight Surf Supply insures your shipment for the full amount.
If you give permission to the shipping company to leave the box without someone to inspect and sign you will forfeit the insurance.
The box and its contents should be inspected thoroughly at the
time of delivery.
If your shipment is damaged in transit
If you find that any part of your order is damaged, or if the box itself is damaged, have the driver notate it on the bill of lading.
You must accept the entire box(es), including all contents even if something is damaged!!!
DO NOT decline the shipment and/or send back.
You will need to email a digital picture and description of the damage to shipping@greenlightsurfsupply.com
Upon receipt of your digital picture and description of damage we will ship out the replacement(s) with no additional shipping charges to the customer. The customer must hold on to the packaging and damaged goods for a few weeks
(in case the freight company wants to do an additional inspection).
